Mia and Saul du Plessis are a winemaking couple on a mission to help people make better POUR decisions.

Like many of us, they enjoy their glass half full but fortunately for them - it comes with the job. Mia is an Assistant Winemaker in the cellar - with a gift for cooking, hosting and bringing people together. Saul is a Viticulturist in the fields - passionate about balancing the fine art and science of nurturing vines. Together, they created POUR Decisions: fun, engaging wine tasting and training experiences designed to make wine more approachable for everyone.

Whether you already have a favourite vintage, faithfully order the same wine every time or still aren't quite sure of the difference between Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, you're in good company. POUR Decisions was born from the belief that wine should bring people together, not make them feel intimidated. Mia and Saul share their knowledge in a relaxed, light-hearted way that swaps jargon and snobbery for curiosity, conversation and connection. No matter your level of experience, you'll leave with a deeper appreciation for wine, a better understanding of your own preferences and the confidence to make your own POUR decisions.
